In recent years, pharmaceuticals for rare diseases require strict management throughout transportation from wholesalers to patients. Therefore, a transportation container with a temperature data logger to consistently control the content has been developed.
The package has inner frames to separate the small units of pharmaceuticals and to remove them one by one from the frames. In addition, the packaging prevents damaging and accidental opening of individual units of pharmaceuticals during transportation and storage.

It helps Pharmacists to determine pharmaceutical ingredients very easily, reducing medication error possibility.
Considering indicating pharmaceutical ingredients on the medicine bottle cap has been crucial demand of pharmacists to reduce possible medication error, this new method can contribute to preventing patients to be endangered by taking false medicine. It is also an environmentally friendly method since no extra materials are used for the functionality.

It was designed to hold two medical operation screws that have an HA coating ono them. This tray is able to suspend the screws to prevent any rubbing or abrasion of the HA coating, so that they do not become defective prior to the operating room use.
This package uses a new design that allows the screw retainer (part of tray that locks in the head of the screw to keep it secure), to hold the screw in place, while the body of the screw is suspended. This design is currently not seen in the marketplace.

It is an exemplary review of packaging sustainability redesign. With a collective annual plastic reduction of 193 metric tonnes, and an overall 50% improvement in carbon footprint in select markets, this is the most comprehensive and fully quantified and validated sustainable pack improvement, while maintaining product performance and consumer experience.

We re-engineered Flonase pump assembly and reduced grammage of plastic by 12% or by 0.88g, which yields a reduction of 31,680kg of plastic annually. We also re-engineered the clamshell and printed literature, resulting in an annual savings of 161,987kg of virgin PETG and up to 50% improvement in carbon footprint.

Formpack® Dessiflex Ultra combines enhanced product protection and patient convenience, using a unique combination of integrated desiccant in a blister pack solution. Each tablet is protected by the desiccated blister material until it is removed by the patient prior to dosing. It improves filling line productivity and reduces pack size.
Formpack® Dessiflex Ultra offers improved protection for moisture sensitive products by reducing or eliminating the need for desiccant agents or sachets. For GSK's Augmentin, it replaced glass bottles which were more expensive and complex to produce. With the new packaging, patients easily see how many tablets remain in the treatment.

This carton is created to be easily crushed by hands. As the result of the creation, the cartons can be made compact and thrown away. Expected to reduce the burden on healthcare workers and end users. This carton saves time to throw it away (about 2 seconds/piece).
In Japan's pharmacies, many cartons are discarded because they are sold to patients in units of tablets. Currently, conventional cartons are hard to crush. There is a problem that the workability deteriorates. This carton was developed for Japanese pharmaceuticals. However, it is also effective in cartons other than pharmaceuticals.
