"VOLTAREN “No Mess” is the first applicator on a pain relief product containing an active ingredient. Consumers have now a simple and hygienic way of applying the gel without touching it. Unlike the industry-standard roll-on or sponge applicators it has been designed to avoid overdosing with an easy closing feature."

"Additionally, with the tube as handle, the applicator serves as hand extension and helps consumers reach their back and shoulders more easily. The bumps design gives a massage feeling and there is no gel residue after application, so it’s cleaner and more hygienic than other applicators existing on the market."

In our previous package in which a PTP sheet was sandwiched in cardboard, which showed the day to take medication, pushing the tablet out with the thumb of one hand, and catching it with the palm of the other hand was difficult for elderly and handicapped people. With the scatter prevention cardbord, the tablet gets temporarily caught in a web-like structure that forms on the back of the cardbord when the tablet is pushed through from the top with both thumbs.  Also, the tablet falls out onto the palm of a hand reliably when it is folded in two.

We developed a dental adhesive container which can be easily opened and closed with one hand. Pressing the two buttons on the side of the bottle releases the lock and opens the cap. Compared with the conventional screw cap, the operation became easier and usability improved.

By adopting two button types, it is highly resistant to shock and vibration, ensuring reliability.

More often than not, anti-counterfeiting technologies mean recurring costs, not sustainable over the long term. The innovative “talking” pen feature introduced in this blister pack is a combination and triumph of hardware, software, IR pen and unique fabrication of roto-gravure cylinder. There is no recurring incremental cost towards anti-counterfeiting.

Employing information technology tools, novel printing processes, binary (encrypted) text unintelligible to the human eye and an ‘authenticating’ audio message, have created a unique anti-counterfeit concept. None of the vendors involved for the individual aspects are aware of the other dependent agencies and is therefore a secret.

This New Medical Package provides new way of taking medicines.  We can get the medicine just by bending the cardboard easily. This new package enables the patient to easily dispense even though dosing by elderly female patients with less strength to push blister.

The calendar label and the white blank space on the cardboard are effective to prevent forgetting to dose. (shall take 1 tablet once every 4 weeks). Furthermore this new package enables to segregate plastic waste (blister) from cardboard by dividing package along the folding line after dosing.

A MAB (mono-clonal anti-body), oncology drug with a complex and unstable chemistry has been duly packaged into inert, specially siliconized glass vials and rubber stoppers with very low leachables. The secondary packaging comprises a hard board, laminated, ‘magnet-lock’ carton for heightened mechanical protection and low temperature transport and storage.

Rigid carton is designed to sustain the worst possible shocks of transport. It has compartments to position the vial in profiled cavities protecting the medicine vial, with expanded polyethylene cushioning material at the bottom and middle of the box. Outer lamination protects from dampness and sogginess likely from cold storage.
