Is a convenient foldable blister pack, replacement of previous HDPE Jar pack containing 30 tablets. 30 tablet blister pack can be sold as 1 unit or sold as 3 blisters of 10 tablets each, all necessary details are printed on each blister. Cyber XL board is used which gives additional protection to the blisters and the tablets within.
Also allows prominent perforations which doesn’t loosen the pack and is easy to tear. Since, the drug is given to diabetic & cardio patients, a space is provided inside the pack to hold the informative leaflet and pictorial representation to explain. Wallet pack also ensures better compliance.

Our registered design employing PP raw material. It is lighter than the other similiar sized products in the market, by means of nano technology that has been utilized for raw material. In this formulation, naturally resolved anti agents have been applied.
Special emboss application has been placed at the edge of the lid. The top space in the lid design is on purpose of efficient shelf placing. So that, making bundles ( by putting two or more products on top of each other) during product campaign periods, are more tidy.

The goal was to the develop a brand new, smart edge-protector which gave the best protection for Stroh’s spirits-boxes on the pallet whilst saving time loading the pallets for shipping.

The smart edge-protector offers multiple benefit including a lock-function, self-retaining, height adaptable and increased side-length. The corrugated solution is 100% re-useable, recyclable and biodegradable. The new design creates annual savings in a five-digit-euro range and reduce Stroh’s carbon footprint. Punchbowl Packaging’s approach was to deliver a simple, sustainable solution, while ensuring a range of ‘end of life’ options. The punnet is made from renewable sugar cane byproducts, achieves a 10% weight reduction compared with the plastic clamshell and is suitable for both recycling and composting in home compost systems.
Replacing traditional plastic clamshells, this packaging comes from the waste product of a renewable resource and reduces plastic by 95%. The film offers a user-friendly peelable product. The materials break down in home compost systems and the high pulp yield means it is also suitable for recycling streams.
