We developed an eco-friendly corrugated package to replace the conventional wooden package for the roof of Toyota Motor's "Hiace". Product is hung in the box which is held vertical during transit and storage. The box improved product protectivity and workers' safety and drastically reduced the package's weight and number of steps in packing. Also, it reduced as much as 37 tons of wood consumption per year.
